Containers and grids

Gastronorm containers and grids RATIONAL stainless steel containers and grids come in Gastronorm (GN) sizes 2/1, 1/1, 1/2 and 1/3.
400 x 600 mm (15.75" x 23.62") granite enamelled trays and GN containers are available for outstanding roasting and baking results.
For typical baking applications we also recommend the perforated Teflon-coated baking sheets in GN and baking sizes.
