As we are a company with low manufacturing penetration, the quality and reliability of our suppliers is of special importance. We work in close partnership with our system suppliers - on the extended workbench principle. The particular elements forming the basis of successful cooperation are:

• supplier certification,
• annual partner planning for quality and productivity improvement,
• monthly reporting with quality coding and
• regular auditing.

Close intermeshing between Purchasing and the Project Development team from project start is equally important. Here the active search for alternative materials is a major building block in achieving target costs.
