The RATIONAL UK team consists of experienced and professional individuals, including over 25 Regional Chefs supported by Colin Parry, National Sales Director, our busy customer service team, and our marketing department, led by Adam Knights, UK Marketing Director. The dedicated internal service department, managed by Trevor Lath, National Service Director, is on hand to support our customers and network of around 400 Service Engineers nationally – service is a critical factor to our success.
We also have a specialist team supporting our valued Key Account customers to continue to perfect their menus and operate smoothly. Ian Leadbetter, National Corporate Chef, and his team offer commercial support, product roll outs, bespoke solutions, and menu development to maximise the range of foods cooked in the RATIONAL cooking systems. Ian is the culinary point of contact providing dedicated food development.
We encourage you to come along to one of live demonstrations, but if you’re unable to attend, we have a series of short online webinars that last around ten minutes and still provide the full RATIONAL experience. At the end, attendees have the option to stay and chat with the expert host about every aspect of their business needs. Live online events provide highly relevant specific sector content, specifically for UK foodservice operators including, pubs, hotels, education, hospitals, care homes, Asian and food-to-go.
As well as online events, we hold live demonstrations all across the country as well as in our dedicated development kitchen in Luton. These sites can accommodate dealer training, sales team training, RATIONAL CookLive demonstrations and Academy events.
