Process organisation

RATIONAL is organised on a practical basis for the entire duration of a customer order. The consistent company-wide process organisation is informed by holistic, natural, easily understandable and coherent tasks. All superfluous interfaces and conventional departments have been eliminated.

The RATIONAL process organisation is thus moving away from work organised primarily on the division of labour, which is thus management-heavy. The Big Picture is kept in mind at all times. At the same time we make the best possible use of our employees’ knowledge and training. It is thus an advantage to be located in Germany.
