The bakery standard grid shelves and bakery standard mobile oven rack are equipped with L-shaped racks. The large rail spacing means that the entire capacity of the RATIONAL unit can be used, even with taller bakery products. The L-rails have a front edge to stop baking trays sliding off.

The transport trolley is ideal for loading and unloading the mobile oven rack. The bakery standard transport trolley has 9 L-shaped rails to take 400 x 600 mm baking trays. There is also a telescopic drawer which allows bakery products to be placed on or removed from trays.

The aluminium baking trays from RATIONAL have perfect non-stick properties. They are also extremely rugged and will last for a very long time. The 3-layer TriLax® coating is scratch-resistant and dishwasher-resistant. It aids browning and is also resistant to heat and alkalis.

Granite-enamelled containers from RATIONAL are particularly suitable for tray bakes, cake batter and tray pizza. Excellent thermal conductivity also ensures that bakery products are evenly browned underneath. The tray edges are fully formed, which means that even the corners of bakery products turn out perfectly.

The muffin and timbale moulds are made from a highly-flexible material. They are perfect for cooking vegetable quiches, fish timbales, bread pudding, poached eggs, a wide range of desserts and much more.

With the special grill and pizza tray from RATIONAL with its excellent thermal conductivity you can prepare pizzas (fresh or convenience) just like a professional. The reverse of the tray is suitable for grilling steaks, vegetables or fish. The grill and pizza tray has perfect non-stick properties. It is also extremely rugged and will last for a very long time. The 3-layer TriLax® coating is dishwasher-resistant. It aids browning and is also resistant to heat and alkalis.

Used in conjunction with a mobile plate rack, RATIONAL pizza dishes will allow you to bake up to 100 pizzas in just 10 minutes (max. diameter 280 mm). Simply place the pizzas in the dishes and load into the mobile plate rack, then use Finishing® in the RATIONAL unit to bake them to crispy, but succulent perfection.
