You produce in advance when you have the time. Production of the components can be planned over one or two days, making the most of the synergy created by bundling cooking sequences into mixed loads. For the very best results, you can use Efficient LevelControl® to monitor the individual racks. Everything is chilled immediately after production, so the quality remains at the highest level. The food is not finished by the SelfCookingCenter® whitefficiency® until the predetermined time– which takes just a few minutes. The quality is always excellent, the hygiene tip-top and you only ever finish as much as you actually need.

Anything on the plate is cooked as usual – the only difference is this may involve several thousand meals at the same time. Finishing® is suitable for all service situations and shines when it comes to serving from containers or at buffets. Or even at plated banquets or plated à la carte.
