To provide secure support for your RATIONAL unit there are stands and base cabinets made from high-grade, robust stainless steel. All stands and base cabinets conform to the applicable hygiene regulations. Mobile version are equipped with 4 casters, 2 locking at front.

UltraVent®

The condensation technology of UltraVent® absorbs and dissipates steam. There is no need for complicated and expensive installations to remove exhaust air. Installation is simple and it can be retrofitted at any time. There is no need for a connection to the outside.

The mobile oven racks made from high-grade stainless steel meet the highest quality requirements and are perfectly matched to RATIONAL units. The ergonomic design allows them to be quickly loaded and unloaded. The additional transport trolley with its oversized, quiet and hygienic tandem castors (CNS) enables the food to be moved through the kitchen safely.

You will need the run-in rail if you are using a mobile oven rack.

The transport trolley is the perfect supplement to the mobile oven rack. It is used for loading and unloading outside the RATIONAL unit and for safely moving food. The standard version is perfectly matched to the height of the RATIONAL stands and base cabinets. The height-adjustable transport trolley is suitable for worktops, raised RATIONAL stands and Combi-Duos.

Many diff erent versions with diff erent rail spacings and dimensions make them fl exible to use. The rugged versions made from high-grade stainless steel meet the highest quality requirements.
