“The decision of having modern kitchen technology in our facilities was quite clear. However we have especially chosen RATIONAL because of the SelfCookingCenter® which differs considerably from other combi steamers. Everything is set in the system itself. We just need to decide which result is required, click on it, load the food and leave it. That makes it especially for our kitchen staff comfortable to operate it”, explains Adishmeshma Babut, Executive Chef.
“Because of the advanced technology we also realized significant savings. For instance we have saved heavily on daily operation cost like manpower. Our staff has been reduced from 25 to 18 people. Also our oil consumption is reduced around 80% and gas consumption approximately 75%”, reports Mr. Babut.
