It’s the first (and, so far, the only) cooking system with real intelligence, and it’s revolutionising the way food is prepared. You no longer have to set temperatures, moisture levels or air circulation speeds, and then continually adjust them. All you need to do is specify the results you want. It doesn’t matter whether you want your food to turn out rare, medium or well-done, lightly browned or dark, with or without a crust.
It always comes down to one simple formula for perfect cooking results - select a product, load it, and that’s it — no matter who’s operating the unit.
You can grill, roast, bake, steam, stew, blanch or poach food, all within a space of less than 1 m². Meat, fish, poultry, vegetables, egg dishes, baked goods, desserts — you can do it all, whether you’re cooking for thirty or for several thousand.

The SelfCookingCenter® is equipped with 5 Senses: it senses ideal cooking cabinet conditions, detects food size and quantities, thinks ahead so it will know how to prepare a dish perfectly, learns the chef’s preferred habits and methods, and even communicates with the chef.
Steam, convection & combination.
The SelfCookingCenter® can take care of 95% of all common cooking processes for you.
Combining heat and steam into a single appliance opens up a wealth of new options in professional food preparation. Of course you can also operate the SelfCookingCenter® manually. Regardless of whether you’re using convection, steam or a combination, in manual mode you can adjust every parameter yourself, directly and precisely, right down to the exact degree.
Steaming, stewing, poaching, blanching—our high-performance steam generator can do it all. Whether you’re doing vegetables, fish, or egg dishes, precise steam temperatures and maximum steam saturation will give you vibrant colours and flavours. Vitamins and minerals are preserved. No drying out. And it can even do all of that with full loads, and even at temperatures under 100 °C.
Tender fillets, crisp breaded chops, grilled steaks, fluffy baked goods and frozen convenience foods—thanks to continuous convection heat of up to 300 °C, they all come out with a uniformity, crispness and succulence that sets new standards.
The hot, moist cooking environment prevents food from drying out, minimises cooking losses, and ensures even browning on roasts, gratins or casseroles. You give your customers unforgettable culinary experiences, and your cooking times are significantly shorter than with conventional cooking appliances.
