Finishing® in containers.

Finishing® in containers is suitable for more than just serving directly from containers. The system has also proven successful for freeflow systems or other buffet service styles. Here, again, you simply produce food in the SelfCookingCenter® beforehand and store it in containers, chilled and ready to go.

When you need the food, load the containers in rolling batches and use Finishing® to bring them up to serving temperature in just a few minutes. iLevelControl monitors each rack individually, so you’ll always have an eye on things.

Banquets and buffets.
With Finishing®, they’re child’s play.

The SelfCookingCenter® is ideal for running banquets or buffets efficiently, whether they’re for 20 guests or 2,000.

Simply prepare your food in advance, when you have the time. If chilled quickly, food will remain fresh even after several days. For plated service, prepare as many plates as you need and store them chilled in special mobile plate racks. Just before you need the food, use Finishing® to get twenty plates or two thousand ready for service at the same time, with no stress and no need for additional staff.

Unsupervised overnight cooking.

Just imagine: you come into the kitchen in the morning, and the roasts are already finished. With the SelfCookingCenter®, that’s no problem.
