How we're responding.

The massive global supply bottlenecks are unfortunately affecting RATIONAL as well. Day after day, our employees work hard to ensure that as many iCombis and iVarios as possible leave our production facilities. Even so, the situation is causing (significant) delays. We are aware that many customers will be dissatisfied as a result. We sincerely regret this.

  • At present, we are unable to offer reliable predictions about the future. We can only continue to adapt to the situation as it develops.
  • But one thing our customers can count on is that when we make promises, we keep them. We will never simply guesstimate time frames.
  • We only deliver cooking systems when we know they will meet our customers' most stringent standards.

Even despite the bottlenecks, we have proven this with the 80,000 cooking systems we delivered in 2021. We are very keen to maintain close relationships with our customers.
