Finishing® in containers.
Finishing in containers is not only suitable for serving food directly from containers. The feature has also proven particularly useful for serving in free-flow or other buffet systems. Here, too, you prepare food in advance using the SelfCookingCenter®, chill it, and store it in containers, ready to serve.
When you need the food, the containers are loaded on a rolling basis and brought to consumption temperature with Finishing® in just a few minutes. iLevelControl monitors every rack individually and you maintain an overview.

Simply prepare your food in advance, with no need to rush. Whenever you have time to do it. Chilling the food quickly will preserve its quality for as long as several days. If you’re doing plated service, simply prepare the number of plates you need and store them chilled on special mobile oven racks. Just before the food is needed, 20 or several thousands of plates can be prepared for service at the same time with Finishing® - without stress and additional staff.
