The lovely French patisserie and cafe DZURT is based in Achrol Kothi, attached to Spice Court (multit-cuisine restaurant). A “pâtisserie” is the type of French or Belgian bakery that specializes in pastries and sweets. And that is what DZURT offers to its sweet toothed customers. A variety of scrumptious pastries, delectable specialty sandwiches and European style confectionery are served there. For example confectioneries that rely on new ideas, techniques and flavor combinations.
DZURT intends to bring the luxurious and gourmet creations that impress the eye as well as the taste buds. Tejasvi Chandela, owner of DZURT, is adamant about the freshness and quality of the ingredients she uses. After being educated in this field by world renowned institutions Le Cordon Bleu, Paris and The Leith School of Food and Wine, London, she took it solely upon herself to introduce an only Desserts haven in Jaipur.

“First time I saw RATIONAL at the exhibition and it seemed very professional to me. To be honest the price for the unit was actually a bit over my budget but after a few months I realized it is worth every rupee I spent. So even not educated chefs can handle it – All they have to do is to push the button, put the items inside and wait until the unit is ringing.”
“I can use this time for the creativity part and create something amazing for the customer. For example I had once planned a party for 150 people but in the end 400 people came – Only with RATIONAL I could handle this amount. Cooking can be definitely done in less time than with a usual oven”, emphasis Tejasvi Chandela.
