“As a national franchise, it is crucial that our guests enjoy the same dining experience wherever they visit. Our Executive Chef, Noi Sivilay, focuses on the biggest challenge: the consistent delivery of good quality product”, says Mr. Inglis. “Implementation of RATIONAL for a la carte service is the utmost solution to improve product consistency across the board and kitchen training becomes so much simpler. The easiest benefit to sell to our team is the self-cleaning function! But as they quickly realize, this is just the tip of the iceberg”, says Ms. Sivilay.

“Our recent adoption of ConnectedCooking has enabled us to attain full franchise insight and support capabilities, even for stores that are thousands of kilometres away. We have just completed our biggest menu overhaul in 5 years; updating recipes in real-time and remotely was the greatest advantage ConnectedCooking delivered. The new recipes are rolled out seamlessly to the franchise stores, readily available for our operations team to introduce to the market”, says Mr. Inglis.
