Delta Hotel Dartmouth was completely renovated and reopened in 2017. It is a stunning property located in the heart of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, a beautiful city on the East coast of Canada. Dartmouth is just a twenty-minute drive from downtown Halifax. Since hotels located downtown can be quite pricey, many tourists find great value in staying in Dartmouth. They get all the beautiful views, without the giant price tag.
The hotel features event banqueting, in-room dining, and a quick take away counter. It also has a restaurant called Pitch and Pivot, which well known for its incredible holiday meals, such as Easter brunch and Christmas parties.
Their Christmas party dinner features up to 36 full turkeys. Executive Chef, Marc Patterson, shares that prior to kitchen renovations it would take him two whole days to prepare all the turkeys. Now, with the SelfCookingCenter® is takes him just one day. “It is like having another person working in the kitchen. A very precise and hard working person.” shares Chef Patterson.

Overnight Cooking.
One of Chef Patterson's favorite features of the SelfCookingCenter® is its ability to cook overnight when his kitchen would have been traditionally unused. He uses this feature to slow cook meats overnight, which are then used to make tasty sandwiches for banqueting and take-out counter. “This is just one more feature that helped pay off the investment into this equipment very quickly.” shares Chef Patterson.
