Roemah Kuliner is located in the Metropole cinema complex, a venue designated as a cultural heritage by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta. The interior itself exhibits a rich Dutch colonial style, along with typical Indonesian furniture and ornaments. The overall concept is highly luxurious. It is also known as the house of Indonesian cuisine offering a wide variety from all islands in Indonesia, Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and so on.
On top of the public seating, there are three private rooms that many officials stop by here for private functions, whereby the chef and team at Roemah Kuliner will present a line-up of Indonesian highlights such as Nasi Goreng Hijau Kemanggi, Ayam Suir Balado Kecombrang, Dendeng Keraton Balado Ijo, Baramundi Arsik Sumatera, Balado Shrimp, Papaya Flower and many more.
