The SelfCookingCenter® has since been introduced to the staff and deliver consistent quality products to the customers. At least half of the kitchen products are cooked in it.

Time may be a constraint when preparing the food for a banquet event. With the SelfCookingCenter®, Basque has programmed it to suit the menu and serve out large quantities of consistently high-quality food to the guests. Basque has also used the SelfCookingCenter® to do sous-vides and finishing the food. It offers a more significant volume compared to the traditional sous-vide machine.
