"City Market’s food section offers customers a variety of real gourmet dishes. Our chef selects the best ingredients and surprises us every day with his creations. Our clients appreciate the variety of meals. In our hot kitchen counter, paella is most successful, as well as meat, cheese and fish dishes.”
“The Christmas season is our best-selling time of the year for prepared meals. Previously, we needed to start our cod fish preparation in November, so that we did not run out of it during Christmas season. We cooked turkey in ovens; but the trays were deforming and so did the racks. Afterwards, when we baked cakes, they came out burned on one side. Now with RATIONAL we have solved these problems.”
