“The decision of having modern kitchen technology in our facilities was quite clear. We just need to decide which result is required, click on it, load the food and leave it. “Because of the advanced technology we also realized significant savings. For instance we have saved heavily on daily operation cost like manpower. Our staff has been reduced from 25 to 18 people. Also our oil consumption is reduced around 80% and gas consumption approximately 75%”, reports Mr. Babut.
