The new school canteen with a connected open production kitchen has now been in operation for some time. It is the heart of a regional project focussing on the issues of nutrition, regionality and sustainability. In this project, the children learn about where their meals come from and can even participate in the production process. In the food selection process, great value is placed on fresh regional products according to the season. The kitchen is equipped with three SelfCookingCenter® and three VarioCookingCenter® units. "Our new appliances are very simple and reliable to use, which is fun for our employees as well as our pupils," says Oliver Jalaß.
