Italianni’s first started in 1996. It has grown into a business with 20 existing stores throughout the Philipinnes and is part of the Bistro Group. Bistro group has its signature service, and all staff go through extensive training. The number one priority is always the customer. Even if it is an off-menu order, the team will always try to make it work, denying guest requests are not an option.

American-Italian cuisine, coupled with its unique shared style dining concept made Italianni’s an instant hit among Filipinos. Italianni’s brought the Italian family art of eating to everyone. An Italian passion evident in every item on their menu, authentically prepared with the finest ingredients and built on a wide selection of American-Italian flavors.

Every meal starts with a complimentary home-baked Tuscan and Foccacia bread served with olive oil and aged vingear. Signature dishes include their home-made pizzas, freshly cooked pasta dishes and grilled meat. Nowadays, even breakfast is served.

Robust – space saving – efficient.

Previously, convection ovens were used with limited cooking processes and capacity. The quality of food was inconsistent and operations quite challenging when it came to large functions.

Italianni’s started using the SelfCookingCenter in 2015 and it increased operation efficiency instantly. Cooking processes that previously took three hours were reduced to one hour. In addition, the units are not bulky, saving a lot of space in comparison to traditional equipment. The food quality has gone up considerably: perfect, crusty signature bread each and every time.
