The easiest and quickest way to get your free and automatic software update with ConnectedCooking. As soon as your RATIONAL cooking system is connected to ConnectedCooking and activated under Unit settings/ConnectedCooking/Automatic software updates, you will automatically receive new updates on your unit. With the touch of a button, it will then run and the unit will restart. The process is complete in a few minutes.

Please make sure that you use an original RATIONAL USB flash drive for the update. To do this, download the software, unzip the file and upload the individual files to the USB flash drive. Plug it into the USB port on the RATIONAL cooking system and follow the instructions on the unit display. To execute a manual software update on a SelfCookingCenter manufactured before 09/2016 or a VarioCookingCenter, we recommend that you contact your Service Partner. Our RATIONAL Loader will automatically unpack and copy the software update files for you. To do this, use our RATIONAL USB flash drive. As soon as the files are on your USB flash drive, the software update can be carried out manually.
