“We have 10 varieties of pastries that are always floating depending on the season, and every month we add 7-8 new items to our menu.
My team consist of 12 junior chefs who, like me, are passionate about learning, getting new experience, and of course, pastry. I always prefer to work with junior chefs and put them on track from scratch, it helps them to grow smoothly, and become good chefs in the future, this is also part of my philosophy. And one of the important and well-trained member of my team is RATIONAL iCombi Pro, a hard worker who works day and night,“ state Karim.
