The Urban Dictionary defines Pho Queue as “The line or queue formed outside of a Vietnamese restaurant in anticipation of its noodle soup, also known as Pho“. And that's exactly what you see when you walk past the recently opened Pho Queue at Brisbane's Annerley.
The sister store to Cafe O-Mai and Red Lotus, Pho Queue is Brisbane's only dedicated Vietnamese soup kitchen, where customers build their own bowl of Pho based off five different broth variants.
In addition to Pho, Pho Queue is also renowned for their Bánh Mì, traditional Vietnamese baguettes, which are produced in house.
