Leo Thiemann, Regional Manager responsible for communication between the branches and head office, knows that this is not so easy to implement. His responsiblities therefore also include establishing, controlling and optimising standards. With the large number of restaurants that need to be managed come further challenges: “It is not easy to achieve standardisation – primarily due to a shortage of skilled workers and high staff turnover.” Thiemann’s solution: "We let any kind of technology support us."
