The SelfCookingCenter® supports the hotel in preparing Chinese and Western banquets. “We produce the dishes already in advance, prepare the plates on a trolley and finish them – within minutes all plates are ready to serve”, says Matias Martinez, Executive Chef.
For the buffet and à la carte business, the hotel uses RATIONAL units as well. “No matter if we prepare roasting ducks, steaming fish or baking pastries – we always reach the desired result, even if unskilled chefs are operating the unit. It’s so easy, they just need to push one button”, Martinez explains.
RATIONAL supported the staff to integrate the SelfCookingCenter® in their kitchen operation right from the beginning. “They showed us the huge range of Chinese dishes we can prepare in the unit. Our chefs love it, as it means less work for them and the quality even became better”, says the Executive Chef.
