The availability of RATIONAL service parts is key to our aim of ensuring that you can use your RATIONAL cooking systems reliably for many years to come. RATIONAL guarantees 10 years availability of all listed service parts for all our RATIONAL brand appliances, starting with the production date of your product (in accordance with the relevant published parts list).
As our model series are usually manufactured over several years, the availability of service parts – depending on the model and production period – may in many cases extend beyond 10 years. In addition, RATIONAL strives to have specific functional service parts available beyond the guaranteed 10 years.
