Located in Windsor, the Unemployed Help Centre is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to meeting the needs of the unemployed; economically challenged in the Windsor, Essex County area.
The UHC has been providing various programs/services to address the specific needs of our target population since 1977. Some services offered at the centre are on-the-job training programs, employment/educational/career counseling and emergency food assistance.
