Demonstrate the Love of Food by showcasing your culinary skills and innovative dishes to illustrate the power of food in driving a more sustainable future.
The competition is open to all chefs permanently and fully employed by Sodexo and/or agreed affiliated companies across the globe.
Register for the Sustainable Chef Challenge and you will receive the competition package. Tell us about yourself, what inspired you to become a chef, why sustainable cooking is important to you, and most importantly, what are your sustainable dishes.
Round 1 - Region chef challenge.
Each Region will select the top competitor to represent their region in the Chef Challenge. The submission deadline is June 28, 2024.
Round 2 - Global cook-off.
The top regional competitors will convene for the final in Paris on November 11 – 15, 2024 to showcase their skills and dish. Chefs will enjoy an immersive learning and development experience and engage with chefs from around the world.The top chef will be featured in the press, social media and the Sodexo Annual Culinary Report and receive the experience of a lifetime.
