Because the SelfCookingCenter® and VarioCookingCenter® replace heat sources such as griddles and deep fryers, it was possible to reduce the temperatures in the Sapore kitchens by six degrees.

Installing the RATIONAL appliances also reduced the number of injuries to staff. Because the appliances securely shield the cooking process, they reduce the number of burns from splashes of hot fat and falls due to slippery floors. And since the staff no longer need to carry heavy pans of hot water, they experience less back pain and suffer fewer burns.
