Eurest Dining Services Göd, Hungary

Eurest Dining Services is responsible for catering the staff of the renown South-Korean production facility in Göd, Hungary. Thanks to the 14 RATIONAL units in his newly operated kitchen, and 85 kitchen staff, Károly Miklós, Executive Chef, is proud to say he has successfully faced the challenge of feeding up to 4 200 employees with fresh and qualitative food every day.

A long experience with RATIONAL

Károly Miklós got to know about RATIONAL from his former colleagues back in 1992. He remembers he attended a Cooking Live event in Zürich when he worked in Switzerland. Since that time, he has worked with the brand and is very satisfied with the benefits: “If I were to use keywords to describe the features and key benefits of my operation with RATIONAL units: Fastness, Exactitude, Quality, Quantity” shares with us Károly Miklós. SOLUTIONS FROM RATIONAL

RATIONAL equipment has been installed and in operation since March 2021 in the Eurest premises. It consists of 8 iCombi Pro and 6 iVario Pro. A range of accessories are also used daily such as the iVario oil-pump or cooking baskets.

The chef and kitchen staff were trained on using intelligent cooking processes in both iVario and iCombi Pro. They appreciate the cooking flexibility too by using the iCombi Pro smart assistant for mixed loads: iLevelControl.
