The Bocuse D'Or Academy currently uses three iCombi Pro 61 and six SelfCookingCenter 61. The numerous features of the RATIONAL appliances are a great help to the trained chefs in their everyday work.
"In terms of technology, RATIONAL is at the same level as the Bocuse d'Or in the gastronomy. There are no compromises, it doesn't settle for anything less than the best. An iVario Pro 2-S was installed in the Academy's kitchen for the first time a few months ago. Bence Dalnoki, a famous Hungarian chef who was awarded third place in the 2023 Bocuse D'Or world competition, is already a big fan: "iVario is a great help in any professional kitchen.
