This makes Rational the proud winner of the prize and seal of quality awarded by Deloitte Private, Credit Suisse, the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and the Bundesverband der Deutschen Industrie e.V. for the best managed companies.

Rational is therefore not only the benchmark for German medium-sized enterprises, but also stands for a strong and well-considered economy in turbulent times," emphasised Markus Seiz, Best Managed Company Programme Manager and Director at Deloitte Private.

As a steadily growing and successful company in the German SME sector, the conditions for participation in the award were met. After intensive evaluation of all criteria, Rational was once again able to achieve outstanding performance.

In all four core areas of strategy, productivity and innovation, corporate culture as well as finance and governance, Rational succeeded in convincing the panel, consisting of renowned representatives from business, science and media, across the board.

In addition, best managed companies have their company's purpose deeply embedded and always firmly in mind.
