With two locations devoted to retail and two focusing on distribution, being able increase efficiency while maintaining consistency has been key to maintaining the success of Prairies Meats. Prior to having RATIONAL in their kitchen, they used convection ovens and found that consistency was always an issue. Also, with over 140 staff members training and safety was a major concern.
