Layne Ardell has been working with RATIONAL combi steamers for many years. They were even used when he cooked the dishes that won him titles such as “Chef of the Year“ and “People’s Choice“. Today he uses them around the clock in his role as Corporate Chef at Prairies Meats.
“We are the largest butcher shop in Saskatoon. We produce over 80 varieties of sausage, over 50 different kinds of Home Replacement Meal products, and 50 different varieties of meat.“ says Layne. With over 30 years of history, Prairie Meats certainly knows how to draw in a crowd. “We serve over 1,500 meals during our annual Christmas event, with most of it coming from the RATIONAL.“
