Welcome Hall Mission is one of Quebec's largest community organizations, serving thousands of people every day in Montreal. Its mission is built on three essentials: shelter, food, and love. The organization supports people experiencing housing insecurity and is committed to providing meals of the highest quality.
To better serve its community, Welcome Hall Mission moved from three separate cafeterias to one centralized kitchen. Led by head chef Gabriel Faraone, the team now prepares approximately 1,300 meals per day, adapting production to changing community needs.
With RATIONAL cooking systems, the team has improved consistency, efficiency, and workflow while maximizing the contribution of its staff.
