Rebecca is a mom, wife, and student and has a passion for cooking! With no prior professional chef experience, her love of food and passion for cooking for her friends and family encouraged her to try her hand in a commercial kitchen. She joined the Fanshawe College culinary team just 6 short months and now manages several different menus for a variety of stations from southern BBQ brisket and chocolate chip cookies to steamed veggies and slow-roasted turkey.
With over 40,000 students on the Fanshawe campuses, their dining locations are always bustling with hungry customers. With so many mouths to feed and only so much time for the kitchen to cook, Chef Rebecca is challenged with having to make the most efficient use of her time. This is a big reason why she loves RATIONAL.
