Since 1986, Boustan has been serving authentic Lebanese cuisine with a modern local twist. While business was booming, however, things in the kitchen were becoming increasingly complex, making it difficult to innovate. To solve that problem, Boustan president Emad Saad began exploring new options, and that’s when he discovered RATIONAL.
