If the benefits ended there, it would have been a big improvement over what they had before, but Saad soon realized there was yet another major advantage to using the RATIONAL.

“It actually conserves the juices within the food, which gives you a much better product than you’d be able to do on a normal grill or oven,” said Saad. “The rice is much fluffier, and with the potatoes you feel like you’re having a mashed potato within a fried potato. It adds flavor and it adds a different quality to our product than we could have ever had with any other system.”

With the new equipment also came the freedom to explore, providing new ways for the company to distinguish its unique brand. “There are two to three products that we’re working on that I could only do thanks to the RATIONAL.”

“I cannot say enough about the team at RATIONAL.
