Located on rue Cartier in the heart of Quebec City, Pub Galway is an Irish Pub serving more than 16 kinds of draft beer, 50 bottles of beer and the best fish and chips in town. Before we purchased the RATIONAL, three of our biggest challenges was having a very small kitchen footprint, our steaks were not cooked consistently and the overwhelming heat produced by the old equipment.
