They only serve high-quality food, they hire highly trained red-seal chefs, so it's no surprise that they have high standards when choosing their cooking equipment.
In 2013, Freson Bros. began exploring new equipment that could help expand their hot foods offering at their various locations, and that's when they were first introduced to RATIONAL. Eight years later, they now have RATIONAL combi technology installed in 15 of their locations across Alberta. Their Rabbit Hill location is their first location in Edmonton and was the first kitchen in Canada to install both the iCombi Pro and the iVario Pro.
