RATIONAL USA has had an established presence in the United States for over 20 years with a subsidiary office and distribution center in the Chicagoland area. Our team is comprised of 22 regional sales managers, 3 application chefs, consultant manager, key accounts team, 20 representative manufactures, 9 CustomerCare managers, 9 regional technical managers, and over 100 active RATIONAL certified chefs. We continue to expand our US team in order to provide best in class service that our customers deserve and need through the life of their equipment.
We concentrate on providing maximum customer benefit to those working in commercial kitchens. As a result, we are there for our customers and partners every step of the way. Providing customer support before, during, and after the sale is our focus. Our CustomerCarePlus experience is unique in the fact that it outlines everything that we offer as a company for our customers exclusively. Over 750,000 RATIONAL units have been manufactured in Landsberg to date and are now in use in kitchens around the world. The 750,000th unit was ceremoniously handed over during the NRA (National Restaurant Association) show in Chicago. The happy owner is the Francesca's Restaurants Group located in the Chicagoland region. During the momentous ceremony, Corporate Executive Chef Dan Harris thanked RATIONAL and added "RATIONAL is a company that focuses on what chefs want and they are working with chefs to make a product that we need in order to get through each and every day. It means a lot to us to have a company that can take our ideas and turn them into reality."
