The availability of RATIONAL service parts is central to our goal of helping you use their RATIONAL units reliably and long-term. RATIONAL guarantees 10-year availability on all listed service parts for all RATIONAL-brand appliances from the manufacturing date of your product (as per our published parts lists).
Since our model series are usually produced for several years, most of our customers enjoy service part availability for even longer than 10 years, depending on the model and the production period. RATIONAL also strives to have specific functional service parts available beyond the guaranteed 10 years.
