Please find below our corporate governance statement in accordance with Sections 289f and 315d of the HGB, in which our Executive and Supervisory Boards report on corporate governance at RATIONAL pursuant to Principle 22 of the German Corporate Governance Code, version dated December 16, 2019. The corporate governance statement is supplemented by the remuneration report. In accordance with Sections 289f and 315d HGB, the corporate governance statement forms part of the RATIONAL AG Management Report and the Group Management Report.
