2021 was shaped by the coronavirus crisis and global supply bottlenecks. Amid the difficulties of rapidly changing market and environmental conditions, company management made flexible adaptation even more of a priority than usual. RATIONAL employees demonstrated their incredible skill and tenacity yet again in 2021. Once again, we achieved top marks in customer satisfaction. Supply bottlenecks on electronic components were the only thing preventing us from bouncing back even more effectively after the first year of the pandemic.
