iCareSystem AutoDose is the autonomous cleaning system for iCombi Pro tabletop models. The cooking system can follow a predetermined cleaning schedule and will measure out exactly enough of the integrated solid cleaner to ensure peak hygiene. Load once and be set for dozens of cleaning cycles.
This increases work safety, saves a great deal of time, and contributes to HACCP hygiene safety.
The iCareSystem AutoDose decouples cleaning from day-to-day work, so employees hardly have to think about it at all. This makes it even more important that the iCombi Pro keeps the user up to date at all times. For example, by warning them if cleaning is urgently needed, or if the cooking system's cleaner or care chemical reserves have fallen below a defined quantity.
Essential functions and information (cartridge fill levels, for example) are also displayed in ConnectedCooking under unit management. With the ConnectedCooking editor, users can create cleaning programs from the comfort of their desks and roll them out to the iCombi Pro with iCareSystem AutoDose. ConnectedCooking also displays upcoming cartridge replacement requirements, which gives users plenty of advance notice to order cleaning and care products, so they'll always have a supply on hand.
