They have been removing high-speed oven technology from their locations and upgrading to the RATIONAL SelfCookingCenter® combi ovens. RATIONAL technology enables Quesada to heat their food products quickly, preserving the nutrients in the food. The food items served are now much tastier and nutritious, without increasing the cooking time.
Founder, Steve Gill shares, “The RATIONAL can cook just as fast as our old high-speed ovens, but the foods taste much better. We can also cook different items at the same time, which was never possible before.”
