CHICAGO (April 14, 2020) – RATIONAL, the leading manufacturer of combi technology, announces the launch of an updated training app to help customers use and maintain RATIONAL combi ovens.
RATIONAL USA released the next generation of the popular mobile application that supports learning about the use of the RATIONAL SelfCookingCenter®. The application features a sleek SelfCookingCenter® demo panel, training videos for each cooking process, maintenance tips and more.
The updated application replaces the original RATIONAL training application that debuted in 2017. The evolution of the app comes from customer feedback, and the RATIONAL philosophy to provide maximum customer benefit. Today, customers can familiarize themselves with the SelfCookingCenter® with an iCookingControl demo panel with touchscreen capabilities. Users also can watch comprehensive instructional videos, featuring Billy Buck, National Corporate Chef for RATIONAL USA.

Currently, over 25,000 culinary professionals have downloaded the app. The app is free and available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. To download the app, type in RATIONAL User Training USA/CAN. The updated application is tablet compatible. If you downloaded the original RATIONAL User Training app, the application was automatically updated.
