CHICAGO (June 10, 2020) – RATIONAL, the leading manufacturer of combi technology, announced it will extend product warranties for the RATIONAL SelfCookingCenter® and CombiMaster® Plus combi-steamers that expired during March, April and May of 2020 by three months.
RATIONAL offers customers a two-year warranty with the purchase of a new RATIONAL combi oven. Due to the global health crisis, RATIONAL has automatically extended the warranty for customers with warranties that expired during the months of March, April and May 2020.

As establishments navigate reopening, we are happy to support our customers by extending their warranty.”
RATIONAL will extend warranties for the SelfCookingCenter® and CombiMaster® Plus for three months to cover the peak COVID-19 months across North America. Normal wear and tear of the units, including glass and wearable parts are not covered by the warranty.
In addition to the two-year warranty, RATIONAL aftercare services include application and culinary advice from the RATIONAL ChefLine at 866-306-CHEF (2433), ongoing application education at Academy RATIONAL seminars and ConnectedCooking, the leading internet platform for commercial kitchens.
